We ate at a magnificent restaurant for dinner. Wi-Fi, a balcony, and a storage worked well and the bed was spacious.

We stayed in an a decent size and recently renovated room that had WiFi, a balcony, and a storage. The hotel's location was very central, in the old quarter accessible to all the old quarter's sites.

Incredible and wonderful location not too far from Old Quarter. Enjoyable and comprehensive breakfast with plenty of options to choose from.

The hotel was reasonably priced and extremely convenient, I enjoyed it, especially the city view. The a la carte breakfast was rich, the staff was very professional. The location of the property was perfect and handy - just a pleasant stroll away from Temple of the Jade Mountain.

I loved staying here and can't recommend highly enough to all. By and large, it was luxurious place with best staff from porters through to managers.

The location was perfect, 30 km to Noi Bai International airport, perfectly reachable. There was a cheap restaurant, a shopping area and a night market next door. I was on a trip and booked double room with flowers, the lovely balcony, water & fruit daily.

It was in a good location with Hoan Kiem Lake nearby. There were local markets and a market around the hotel.

The total stay was excellant during my second visit. Its location was very central, a super close walk to Ngoc Son Temple. The area was market very close to the Lake, the Cathedral and the Night Market, Vietnam for 3 weeks from north to south, and the nicest bars and restaurants.

Good and ideal location - minutes away from Ngoc Son Temple. Positioned in the lively area, short walk to night market, the opera house and Hoan Kiem lake and the Water Puppet Theatre. Well-appointed room with nice view of the sun.

A writing table, a chair, and a storage in the room and the very clean bed. Early check-in and exceptional customer service. The check out is late. Good location, a super close walk to Old Quarter. Based not far from atmospheric restaurants, shops and bars and lots of delicious restaurants.

Enjoyed the place, had a perfect stay for our first visit to Vietnam. Booked a room with great views of the sun. This was a stunning and fab location next to the lake and attractions, markets as well as the Hoan Kiem Lake and many restaurants and bars. Hoan Kiem district was worth exploring.
